Ingredients
- 8 ounces - cream cheese
- 1 tbsp - lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons - lemon juice
- ½ cup - dill
- ¼ tsp - kosher salt
- 2 - english cucumbers
- 4 ounces - smoked salmon
Instructions
- Place the cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth, then taste and adjust the seasoning as necessary.
- Roll up each piece of smoked salmon, overlapping it as you go.
- Place one heaping teaspoon of the cream cheese on each cucumber slice. Top each with a piece of smoked salmon and a small sprig of dill. Serve and enjoy!
