Ingredients

  • 8 ounces - cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp - lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons - lemon juice
  • ½ cup - dill
  • ¼ tsp - kosher salt
  • 2 - english cucumbers
  • 4 ounces - smoked salmon

Instructions

  1. Place the cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth, then taste and adjust the seasoning as necessary.
  2. Roll up each piece of smoked salmon, overlapping it as you go.
  3. Place one heaping teaspoon of the cream cheese on each cucumber slice. Top each with a piece of smoked salmon and a small sprig of dill. Serve and enjoy!
