
S'mores Pizza
This S’mores Pizza is a dessert pizza with all the classic s’mores flavors! It has a soft doughy, chewy crust, rich melted chocolate, gooey marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbles on top. Ingredients
- 2 ⅓ cups - gluten free pizza flour
- 1 ¼ cups - warm water
- 1 tbsp - granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp - olive oil
- 2 teaspoons - instant yeast
- 1 tsp - salt
- 1 cup - dark chocolate chips
- 2 cups - mini marshmallows
- 1 cup - gluten free graham cracker crumbles
Instructions
- First, make the pizza crust. In the bowl of your stand mixer, add all of the pizza crust ingredients. Beat for 1 minute or until the dough is smooth and sticky.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Cover the bowl with a towel and let rise for 60 minutes. Then, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Divide the dough into two balls and save one for later use.
- Place one ball of dough on the piece of parchment paper. Grease your hands and press the dough into a 10 inch circle.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven.
- Immediately top with the chocolate chips. Smooth into an even layer of melted chocolate. Then, sprinkle the marshmallows on top.
- Return to the oven for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the marshmallows have become toasted. If needed, use a kitchen torch or lighter to further toast the marshmallows.
- Remove from the oven. Lastly, top with graham cracker crumbles.
