Ingredients

  • 2 cups - boiling water
  • 2 ounces - instant coffee granules
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • ½ gal - vanilla ice cream
  • ½ gal - chocolate ice cream
  • 1 gal - whole milk
  • 4 ounces - whipped topping
  • 15 - Cookies
  • 1 cup - chocolate liqueur
  • 1 cup - Rumchata

Instructions

  1. Add boiling water to a large bowl.
  2. Stir in coffee granules and sugar until dissolved.
  3. Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  4. Stir in vanilla and chocolate ice cream and whipped topping.
  5. Add in chocolate liqueur and Rumchata (optional).
  6. Top with crushed Loacker wafers right before serving.
  7. Serve cold.
