Preheat oven to 350°F.
2

Combine the eggs and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese in a bowl. Add mixture to the spaghetti and mix.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Drain and Cool Pasta First 🍝Drain the spaghetti thoroughly and let it cool for 5-10 minutes before mixing with eggs and cheese to prevent the eggs from scrambling and ensure even binding throughout the pie.
- Brown the Turkey Properly 🍖Don't skip browning the ground turkey in batches if needed—this prevents steaming and creates a deeply flavorful base that elevates the entire dish beyond standard pasta casseroles.
- Layer Strategically for Texture 🧀Alternate between spaghetti mixture, ricotta, mozzarella, and sauce layers to create distinct texture zones and prevent a dense, monolithic pie with uneven cheese distribution.
- Use Room Temperature Eggs 🥚Bring eggs to room temperature before mixing to ensure they incorporate smoothly and bind the pasta evenly without creating cooked egg chunks in the filling.
- Rest Before Slicing 🔪Let the baked pie rest for 10-15 minutes after removing from the oven so the egg-based binding sets properly, resulting in clean slices instead of a crumbly, falling-apart mess.
