- 4 tablespoons - Butter
- 3 teaspoons - Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoons - Celery Salt
- 1 tsp - Salt
- ¼ tsp - Ground Cayenne Pepper
- 2 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cups - Whole Almonds
Instructions
- Melt butter in an 8×8 baking dish in the microwave for about 30-40 seconds.
- Stir in seasonings and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add almonds and stir to coat evenly.
- Cook, uncovered for 3 minutes. Stir. Cook for 30 seconds at a time, stirring about every minute, until fully cooked (approximately 2 additional minutes). *Microwaves vary greatly so error on the side of caution so as not to burn the almonds.
- Spread out on parchment paper or paper towels to cool.
