Spiced Almonds
These Spiced Almonds are a flavorful and easy snack made with a savory blend of chili powder, celery salt, and a hint of cayenne pepper. The almonds are microwaved in a buttery Worcestershire sauce until crisp and golden brown.

- Step 1
Melt butter in an 8×8 baking dish in the microwave for about 30-40 seconds.
- Step 2
Stir in seasonings and Worcestershire sauce.
- Step 3
Add almonds and stir to coat evenly.
- Step 4
Cook, uncovered for 3 minutes. Stir. Cook for 30 seconds at a time, stirring about every minute, until fully cooked (approximately 2 additional minutes). *Microwaves vary greatly so error on the side of caution so as not to burn the almonds.
- Step 5
Spread out on parchment paper or paper towels to cool.
