Spicy Coleslaw

This Spicy Coleslaw takes regular coleslaw and adds a hint of spice with some sriracha. It’s a unique, 2 step dish to bring to a potluck or to have with any meal this summer! This coleslaw recipe is wonderful because it’s so crunchy and creamy and can be prepared in less than 10 minutes. You can add more of your favorite ingredients to make it just how you like!

Ingredients

  • 5 cups - Green cabbage
  • 5 cups - Red cabbage
  • 2 cups - Carrots
  • ¼ cup - Green onions
  • 2 teaspoons - Lemon juice
  • ½ cup - Apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup - Sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons - Salt
  • 1 tsp - Black pepper
  • 1 cup - Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup - Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp - Coarse-grained mustard
  • 3 tablespoons - Sriracha

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Sriracha, and mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar and salt.
  2. Add shredded cabbage, carrots and onion. Mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour.
