  • 3 cloves - garlic
  • 3 tablespoon - gochujang
  • 1 cup - heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon - salt
  • ½ teaspoon - black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon - red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup - Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup - reserved pasta water

  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring to combine.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  6. Add cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water. Stir in Parmesan until melted and sauce is creamy.
  7. Serve hot, topped with more Parmesan cheese.
