Ingredients
- 2 packages - Chicken Flavored Ramen Noodles
- 2 tablespoons - Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp - Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 tablespoons - Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- ½ tsp - Fish Sauce
- ½ tsp - Sriracha
- 2 - Green Onions
- ¼ cup - Peanuts
Instructions
- Prepare ramen according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce and fish sauce.
- When the ramen are finished cooking, reserve 1 cup of the broth and drain the remaining broth from the noodles.
- Pour reserved broth and sliced green onions into the bowl with the peanut butter mixture and whisk until creamy.
- Add noodles and toss to combine.
- Top with chopped peanuts.
