  • 1 ½ pound - sirloin steak
  • 6 cup - broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoon - low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoon - hoisin sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoon - rice vinegar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon - sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon - garlic
  • 1 tablespoon - avocado oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoon - cornstarch
  •   - Sprinkle of carrots
  •   - Green onions
  •   - Sesame seeds

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and optionally ginger paste. Add sliced steak and marinate for 15–20 minutes.
  2. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add marinated steak and stir-fry until browned and cooked to preference. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. Add broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  5. Optional: Mix cornstarch with water and add to pan to thicken sauce.
  6. Return steak to pan and combine with broccoli. Drizzle sesame oil over and toss to coat.
  7. Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
  8. Divide evenly into 4 containers for meal prep.
