1/5
Sliders
1
Preheat oven to 425℉.
2
Add two tablespoons of butter and olive oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3
Add the sliced onions and All Purpose Seasoning to the skillet and cook until the onions start to brown, about 5 minutes.
4
Turn the heat down to medium-low and cover the skillet. Cook for 20 minutes or until the onions are brown and softened. If the onions start to stick or are turning too brown, add a tablespoon or two of water. Stir periodically.
5
While the onions are cooking, add the remaining tablespoon of butter to another large skillet. When the butter has melted, add the shaved ribeye and steak seasoning. Cook until the steak is cooked through. Set aside.
6
Leaving the slider rolls connected, slice the slider rolls in half through the center so the tops are separated from the bottoms, but still in one piece.
7
Place the bottom half of the slider rolls in a 9×13 baking dish.
8
Distribute the steak evenly over the bottom layer of slider rolls.
9
Spread half of the sauce over the steak. Add a single layer of provolone cheese and top with caramelized onions.
10
Place the tops of the slider rolls on top. Evenly spread the remaining sauce over the top of the sliders.
11
Bake for 15 minutes, or until the tops turn golden brown and the cheese has melted completely.
12
Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top before serving.
Sauce
1
In a small mixing bowl, add the melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire, mustard, brown sugar, and paprika.
2
Stir until all of the ingredients are combined.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Slice Against the Grain 🔪Cut the ribeye against the grain into thin strips for maximum tenderness in each bite, making the sliders easier to eat and more enjoyable.
- Caramelize Onions Low and Slow 🧅Cook onions on medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes with a pinch of brown sugar to develop deep, sweet flavors that complement the savory beef and cheese.
- Toast Your Rolls Lightly 🍞Butter and toast the slider rolls for 1-2 minutes until golden to add crunch and prevent them from becoming soggy from the warm meat and melted cheese.
- Bloom Your Spices in Fat 🌶️Combine steak seasoning and smoked paprika with melted butter before adding the meat to intensify and distribute flavors evenly throughout the ribeye.
- Cheese Placement Timing ⏱️Add provolone slices during the last 30 seconds of cooking and immediately remove from heat, allowing residual warmth to melt the cheese perfectly without overcooking the meat.
