Steakhouse Burger
This Steakhouse Burger gives you fantastic restaurant-quality flavors without having to leave home. Topped with bacon and a bleu cheese spread, this juicy burger recipe also comes with a savory homemade steak sauce. 80/20 ground beef is best for burgers, meaning the blend is 80% lean beef and 20% fat. The fat content helps the burgers stick together and keeps them juicy. If your burgers don’t have enough fat, they’ll end up being dry.
