Ingredients

  • 20 slices - White sandwich bread
  • 8 tablespoons - Butter
  • 1 - Onion
  • 2 - Carrots
  • 2 stalks - Celery
  • 3 teaspoons - Poultry Seasoning
  • 2 cloves - Garlic
  • 1 ½ cups - Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp - All Purpose Seasoning Blend

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400℉.
  2. Arrange bread cubes on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Bake for 4-6 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
  4. Remove from oven and set aside.
  5. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
  6. Add the diced onions, carrots, celery and poultry seasoning and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  7. Add in the garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
  8. Add the chicken broth and All Purpose Seasoning Blend to the skillet and stir until simmering.
  9. Turn off the heat and stir in the dried bread cubes until they are evenly coated.
  10. Place a lid on the skillet and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
