Ingredients
- 3 ounces - strawberry jell-o mix
- 1 cup - hot water
- ½ cup - cold water
- 3 ⅓ ounces - instant vanilla pudding
- 8 ounces - whipped topping
- 24 ounces - fresh strawberries
- 20 ounces - crushed pineapple
- 10 ounces - mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Mix the strawberry jell-o mix and hot water in a large mixing bowl until the powder is completely dissolved. Next add in the cold water and stir together.
- Chill for 15-20 minutes in the fridge.
- Remove from the fridge then add the instant vanilla pudding mix and whisk until combined. Return to the refrigerator for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the refrigerator and gently fold in the Cool Whip with a rubber spatula until there are no more streaks of white, do not over mix.
- Next fold in the fresh strawberries, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows.
- Return to the refrigerator and allow to set for 2 hours so the cream can thicken up.
