1/6
Strawberry Fudge (2 Ingredients)
Instructions
1
Line your 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
2
Place your candy melts in a medium mixing bowl and microwave for 2 minutes, pausing every 30 seconds to stir the melts so they don’t burn or overcook. Once the candy melts are smooth, without lumps, when stirred, then they’re ready.
3
Remove the lid and every tiny piece of foil from the strawberry frosting and microwave for 1 minute.
4
Pour the melted frosting into the bowl with the melted chocolate and stir vigorously until fully combined.
5
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Tap the pan on the counter before placing it into the fridge.
6
Chill for up to 4 hours or until set. Cut into 1-inch pieces.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Melt Candy Melts Gently 🔥Use low heat or a double boiler to prevent candy melts from seizing or becoming grainy; stir frequently and remove from heat while slightly underdone, as residual heat will finish melting.
- Strawberry Frosting Consistency 🍓Bring strawberry frosting to room temperature before mixing to ensure smooth, lump-free blending with the melted candy and prevent temperature shock that causes separation.
- Perfect Ratio Balance ⚖️Use a 1:1 ratio by weight rather than volume for consistent results; start with equal parts and adjust frosting slightly if the mixture seems too thick to pour or set properly.
- Quick-Set Parchment Trick 📋Line your pan with parchment paper and place it in the freezer for 10 minutes before pouring the mixture for faster setting and easier removal without breaking edges.
- Flavor Enhancement Boost ✨Add a pinch of freeze-dried strawberry powder or a drop of strawberry extract to amplify the fruity flavor and create a more premium, sophisticated taste than frosting alone provides.
