Strawberry Fudge (2 Ingredients)
Strawberry Fudge (2 Ingredients) is wonderful for Valentine’s day or a holiday platter. It’s quick enough for a last-minute dessert, pretty enough for gifting, and nostalgic enough to bring back memories of strawberry candies and childhood favorites.

- Step 1
Line your 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- Step 2
Place your candy melts in a medium mixing bowl and microwave for 2 minutes, pausing every 30 seconds to stir the melts so they don’t burn or overcook. Once the candy melts are smooth, without lumps, when stirred, then they’re ready.
- Step 3
Remove the lid and every tiny piece of foil from the strawberry frosting and microwave for 1 minute.
- Step 4
Pour the melted frosting into the bowl with the melted chocolate and stir vigorously until fully combined.
- Step 5
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Tap the pan on the counter before placing it into the fridge.
- Step 6
Chill for up to 4 hours or until set. Cut into 1-inch pieces.
