Tips & Tricks (5)
- Freeze Strawberries First 🍓Partially freeze your fresh strawberries for 30 minutes before blending to create a naturally thick, slushy texture without diluting the drink with excess melted ice.
- Rim Application Technique 🧂Wet the glass rim with lime juice first, then dip into a coarse salt-sugar blend (50/50 ratio) and let it set for 2 minutes to prevent the rim from falling into your drink.
- Fresh Lime Juice Only 🍋Always use freshly squeezed lime juice rather than bottled—the bright acidity is essential for balancing the sweetness of strawberries and achieving authentic margarita flavor.
- Chill Your Glassware ❄️Pre-chill your rocks glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving to keep your margarita ice-cold longer and prevent rapid dilution.
- Strain Out Pulp Smoothly 🥤Pour your blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into the prepared glass to remove strawberry seeds and pulp for a silky, refined texture.
