Ingredients
- 16 ounces - Biscuit Dough
- 3 tablespoons - Brown Sugar
- 4 ounces - Cream cheese
- 1 tsp - Vanilla
- 1 ½ teaspoons - Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp - butter
- 1 tbsp - Sugar
- ½ tsp - Cinnamon
Instructions
- Blend together the filling ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Form the dough into 10 evenly sized balls.
- Flatten the ball out into a circle on a piece of parchment paper.
- Drop a small amount of filling in the center of each piece of dough, and fold the edges up over it. You can seal the dough around the filling with a small amount of water on your hands if needed.
- Place the filled pockets onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
- Stir together the granular sugar and ½ tsp cinnamon until well combined.
- Brush the tops of the cinnamon roll bites with the melted butter, and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture before serving.
