Ingredients

  • 16 ounces - Biscuit Dough
  • 3 tablespoons - Brown Sugar
  • 4 ounces - Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla
  • 1 ½ teaspoons - Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar
  • ½ tsp - Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Blend together the filling ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Form the dough into 10 evenly sized balls.
  4. Flatten the ball out into a circle on a piece of parchment paper.
  5. Drop a small amount of filling in the center of each piece of dough, and fold the edges up over it. You can seal the dough around the filling with a small amount of water on your hands if needed.
  6. Place the filled pockets onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  8. Stir together the granular sugar and ½ tsp cinnamon until well combined.
  9. Brush the tops of the cinnamon roll bites with the melted butter, and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture before serving.
