Ingredients
- ⅓ cup - Honey
- ⅓ cup - Ketchup
- 1 cup - Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons - Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp - Paprika
- 1 tsp - Garlic powder
- 1 tsp - Cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons - Apple cider vinegar
- 2 pounds - Kielbasa sausage
Instructions
- To a medium sized bowl add the honey, ketchup, brown sugar, Dijon, seasonings and apple cider vinegar and stir. Cut the kielbasa into 1 inch slices.
- Add the sliced kielbasa to an 8 quart slow cooker and then add the sauce on top. Stir until the sauce is coated all over.
- Put the lid on and cook for 3-4 hours on low, stirring every once in a while. Transfer to a pretty bowl, sprinkle with parsley (optional) and serve with toothpicks as an appetizer or over rice for dinner!
