  • 1 teaspoon - black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon - salt
  • 2 teaspoon - olive oil
  • 225 gram - macaroni pasta
  • 250 milliliter - skimmed milk
  • 60 milliliter - hot sauce or buffalo sauce
  • 120 gram - light cream cheese
  • 40 gram - fat-free cheddar cheese
  •   - Fresh parsley

  2. Cook chicken in a pan or bake until fully cooked. Dice or shred and set aside.
