Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and brown slightly. Stir in tomato paste and diced bell pepper. Cook 4–5 minutes until beef is fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Assemble the Wraps

Lay a large tortilla on a flat surface. Place 1/3 of the beef mixture in the center. Add 6 Doritos on top (more for extra crunch). Spread cream cheese over the filling. Add shredded lettuce and diced tomato. Top with 2 slices of processed cheese.
Seal the Wraps

Place a small round tortilla on top of the filling. Fold the edges of the large tortilla inward around the filling. Tip: Lightly brush the edges of the small tortilla with water to help seal the wrap.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Crush Doritos at the Last Moment 🎯Crush your Doritos chips just before assembly to maintain maximum crunchiness and prevent them from becoming soggy from moisture in the other ingredients.
- Toast Your Tortillas for Structure 🔥Lightly butter and toast your flour tortillas in a skillet before assembly to create a sturdy base that won't tear when folding and frying the Crunchwrap.
- Layer Strategically to Prevent Sogginess 🏗️Place cream cheese and processed cheese closer to the tortilla exterior to create a moisture barrier, keeping Doritos crispy and preventing the wrap from falling apart.
- Seal Edges with Cream Cheese 🧈Use cream cheese as an adhesive along the tortilla edges before folding—it acts as a seal and holds everything together while frying, preventing filling from leaking out.
- Achieve Double-Sided Crispness 🍳Cook your Crunchwrap on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, using a spatula to gently press while cooking, ensuring even browning and maximum exterior crispiness without burning.
