- 2 teaspoons - butter
- 2 tablespoons - tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons - green bell pepper
- 18 - Doritos chips
- 4 ½ ounces - cream cheese
- 1 ½ ounces - lettuce
- 1 - tomato
- 6 slice - processed cheese

Instructions
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and brown slightly. Stir in tomato paste and diced bell pepper. Cook 4–5 minutes until beef is fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Lay a large tortilla on a flat surface. Place 1/3 of the beef mixture in the center. Add 6 Doritos on top (more for extra crunch). Spread cream cheese over the filling. Add shredded lettuce and diced tomato. Top with 2 slices of processed cheese.
- Place a small round tortilla on top of the filling. Fold the edges of the large tortilla inward around the filling. Tip: Lightly brush the edges of the small tortilla with water to help seal the wrap.
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat (or use a tiny bit of oil). Cook each side for about 3 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
