
Tiramisu French Toast

Ingredients
- 6 slice - bread
- 60 milliliters - milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tsp - vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp - condensed milk
- 225 grams - mascarpone
- 2 - egg yolks
- 66 grams - sugar
- 180 grams - cream
- 1 tbsp - instant coffee
- ½ tsp - vanilla extract
- butter
- cocoa powder
Instructions
- Prepare instant coffee and hot water mixture and let it cool. In a bowl, whisk together egg yolks and sugar. Beat until the mixture becomes pale, thick, and creamy. Gently whisk the mascarpone into the yolk mixture until smooth. Add 2-3 tsp of instant coffee mixture and mix everything together.
- Whip the cream In a separate bowl.Whip to soft-medium peaks.
- Fold the cream into the mascarpone mixture. Cover it and refrigerate it for good couple of hours.
- In a bowl mix eggs, milk, vanilla extract, condensed milk, and mix well. Dip the bread in the mixture and cook it on buttered pan till all the sides turn golden.
- Assemble the French toast by placing one slice of bread, then adding the mascarpone filling. Cover it with another slice of bread and add mascarpone filling again.
- Finally, sift cocoa powder over the top.
- You can add cold coffee if you want, it's completely optional.
