Ingredients

  • ½ cup - rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons - unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp - chia seeds
  • ⅛ tsp - salt
  • ½ cup - yogurt
  • ½ cup - milk
  • ¼ cup - brewed coffee
  • ½ tsp - vanilla
  • 1 tbsp - honey

Instructions

  1. In a pint sized mason jar (or another container with a tight fitting lid), stir together the oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds and salt.
  2. Add the yogurt on top of the oat mixture.
  3. Add milk, coffee, vanilla and honey.
  4. Stir everything together or, with the lid on, shake the jar.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. In the morning, dust with additional cocoa powder before serving.
