Ingredients
- ½ cup - rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons - unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp - chia seeds
- ⅛ tsp - salt
- ½ cup - yogurt
- ½ cup - milk
- ¼ cup - brewed coffee
- ½ tsp - vanilla
- 1 tbsp - honey
Instructions
- In a pint sized mason jar (or another container with a tight fitting lid), stir together the oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds and salt.
- Add the yogurt on top of the oat mixture.
- Add milk, coffee, vanilla and honey.
- Stir everything together or, with the lid on, shake the jar.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, dust with additional cocoa powder before serving.
