Ingredients

  • 1 pt - heavy cream
  • ½ cup - unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp - garlic
  • 1 tsp - all-purpose seasoning
  • 2 cups - Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Add the cream and butter to a medium sauce pan over medium heat; Bring to a light simmer.
  2. Add the garlic and house seasoning blend and whisk for 30 seconds.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the parmesan cheese until the cheese has fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
  4. If the sauce is too thick, whisk in milk 2 tablespoons at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.
