  • ½ pound - pasta
  • 4 tablespoon - unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves - garlic
  • 2 cup - heavy cream
  •   - Salt
  •   - Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon - paprika
  • 1 tablespoon - truffle oil
  • 1 cup - cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup - mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup - Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup - reserved pasta water
  • 1  - burrata ball

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  4. Stir in truffle oil and mix well.
  5. Add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses. Whisk continuously until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water. Stir until the pasta is fully coated in the cheese sauce.
  7. Plate and top with a burrata ball. Drizzle with extra truffle oil before serving.
