  • ½ pound - radiatori pasta
  •   - Salt
  • 4 tablespoon - butter
  • 3 cloves - garlic
  • 2 cup - heavy cream
  •   - Salt
  •   - Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon - paprika
  • 1 tablespoon - truffle oil
  • 1 cup - cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup - mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup - Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ball - burrata cheese
  •   - Reserved pasta water

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water and drain.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  4. Stir in truffle oil, then add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked pasta and a splash of reserved pasta water. Stir to coat evenly in sauce.
  6. Top with burrata and an extra drizzle of truffle oil. Serve hot and enjoy.
