Truffle Mac & Cheese with Burrata

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water and drain.

In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
