Cooked this at a dinner party and it was a huge hit! Bowtie pasta was a great choice for this recipe.

This Pesto Chicken Pasta is bursting with flavor and rich in creamy, herby goodness. Perfectly seasoned chicken is pan-seared until golden, then combined with a luscious sauce of garlic, bone broth, cream, pesto, and Parmesan. Bowtie pasta soaks up every drop of the velvety sauce, making it an incredibly satisfying and crowd-pleasing meal. Simple, quick, and loaded with bold flavor—this is comfort food with a gourmet twist.

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water and drain.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, basil, garlic powder, and onion powder.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp butter with a dash of olive oil. Add chicken and cook 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add another 2 tbsp butter to the skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Pour in bone broth and bring to a simmer.
Stir in heavy cream, then add the same seasoning mix used for the chicken.
Add pesto and mix well until sauce is smooth.
Add cooked pasta, cooked chicken, and a splash of reserved pasta water. Let cook together for a few minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and fully combined.
Top with extra cheese and serve hot.
