Tips & Tricks (5)
- Pasta Water Magic 💧Always reserve 1 cup of starchy pasta water before draining - it's the secret to creating a silky, emulsified Alfredo sauce that clings perfectly to the pasta.
- Chicken Seasoning Technique 🌶️Create a dry rub by mixing all dry seasonings beforehand and generously coat the chicken to ensure even, deep flavor penetration before searing.
- Cream Sauce Stability 🥄Temper the heavy cream by gradually adding it to the pan and stirring constantly to prevent curdling and ensure a smooth, velvety Alfredo sauce.
- Parmesan Cheese Technique 🧀Grate Parmesan fresh and add off the heat to prevent separation, allowing the residual warmth to melt the cheese without breaking its texture.
- Chicken Searing Perfection 🍳Pat chicken breasts completely dry before seasoning and ensure your pan is preheated to create a golden-brown crust that locks in moisture.
