This Simple Chicken Alfredo Pasta is a creamy, garlicky comfort dish that's quick and easy to make. A splash of reserved pasta water brings it all together, coating each strand perfectly. Instructions
- Step 1
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, then drain.
- Step 2
Season chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, and paprika.
- Step 3
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for about 4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Step 4
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Step 5
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Season with the same seasoning blend used on the chicken.
- Step 6
Add cooked pasta, reserved pasta water, chicken, and Parmesan. Toss until creamy and well coated.
- Step 7
Add more Parmesan if desired and serve immediately.
