Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain.

In a pan over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil.

Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.

Stir in pumpkin purée, then pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Reduce heat and add Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and sauce is smooth.

Add cooked pasta and a splash of pasta water. Stir to combine.

Drizzle in truffle oil and mix well. Adjust consistency with more pasta water if needed.
