Ingredients

  • ¼ lb - deli turkey
  • ¼ lb - cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices - whole grain bread
  • 2 slices - bacon
  • 4 - cherry tomatoes
  • lettuce
  • 1 cup - Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup - buttermilk
  • 1 tsp - dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons - white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp - fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp - fresh chives
  • 2 teaspoons - All Purpose Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cut turkey into eight 1 inch chunks.
  2. Then cut cheese into eight 1 inch chunks.
  3. Remove the crust from the bread and cut bread into 12 one inch pieces.
  4. Divide bacon slices into 8 equal pieces.
  5. Cut lettuce into eight one inch pieces.
  6. Assemble kabob by layering 1 tomato, piece of toast, chunk of turkey, piece of bacon, piece of lettuce, piece of toast, piece of bacon, chunk of cheese, piece of toast.
  7. Repeat for each remaining kabob.
  8. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
  9. Stir until thoroughly combined.
  10. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
