Turkey Pickle Roll Ups are a tasty, gluten free recipe perfect for any kids school lunch! Plus they’re only three ingredients and ready in minutes! Keeping lunch new and exciting can be challenging! The same old peanut butter and jelly sandwich every day can get old, so I’m always dreaming up ways to keep my kids engaged when it comes to eating (and enjoying) their lunches at school. I want their lunch boxes to come home empty every time! I added these Turkey Pickle Roll Ups to my lunch box rotation recently and they disappear!

Ingredients
- 1 package - turkey deli meat
- ½ cup - whipped cream cheese
- 4 - whole dill pickles
Instructions
- Spread turkey with whipped cream cheese, using about 1 Tbsp cream cheese for each slice.
- Place one pickle spear on turkey slice. Roll up.
- Cut each roll-up into 4-5 pieces. Secure with toothpicks, if desired.
