Ingredients
- 1 tbsp - olive oil
- 1 - onion
- 2 stalks - celery
- 1 - red bell pepper
- 1 clove - garlic
- 1 lb - ground turkey
- 1 - zucchini
- 15 ounces - tomato sauce
- 15 ounces - tomatoes
- ½ cup - water
- 30 ounces - white beans
- 1 ½ teaspoons - kosher salt
- 1 tbsp - chili powder
- 2 teaspoons - cumin
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pot and saute the onion and celery for 2 minutes.
- Add the garlic and turkey and sauté for 5-6 minutes or until turkey is cooked through and broken into tiny pieces.
- Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Cover, reduce to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
- Serve.
