Instructions
1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a baking dish by spraying with baking spray or wiping with oil.
2
Crush the Oreos in a food processor or plastic bag with a rolling pin until they are fine crumbs.
3
In a medium sized bowl, add crushed Oreos and the melted butter. Use a fork to blend together until a crumbly mixture forms. Pour this into the prepared baking dish, pressing into the bottom and sides to create a thick and compact pie crust.
4
In a mixing bowl, whip together the brownie boxes using the ingredients and directions on the mix. Add the chopped pecans and chocolate chips to the batter and fold together until evenly distributed.
5
Remove the Oreo crust from the freezer and pour in the brownie batter.
6
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7
When the turtle brownie pie is done, remove from the oven and allow to cool for 15 minutes.
8
Drizzle with caramel sauce, chocolate sauce and add some whipped cream swirls around the edges of the pie if desired. Top with extra chopped pecans.
9
Cut into the pie, serve, and enjoy!

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Crush Oreos Strategically 🍪Pulse Oreos in a food processor until you have a mix of fine crumbs and chunky pieces; this creates textural contrast and prevents a dense, uniform crust layer.
- Toast Pecans for Depth 🥜Lightly toast pecans in a 350°F oven for 5-7 minutes before adding to enhance their natural oils and create a richer, more complex flavor that elevates the entire pie.
- Warm Your Sauces 🍯Gently warm the caramel and chocolate sauces before drizzling over the brownie layer; warm sauces distribute more evenly and create better adhesion rather than pooling at the bottom.
- Chill Between Layers ❄️Refrigerate the brownie layer for 15-20 minutes after baking before adding caramel and chocolate; this prevents the hot brownie from melting or mixing with the toppings unevenly.
- Stabilize Whipped Cream 🍶Add 1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and a touch of vanilla extract to whipped cream and chill it before serving; this prevents it from deflating and ensures it holds its shape beautifully against the rich, warm pie.
