  • ½ pound - pasta
  • 2  - chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon - salt
  • ½ teaspoon - black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon - onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon - garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon - paprika
  • ½ teaspoon - dried basil
  • 2 tablespoon - olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon - butter
  • 3 cloves - garlic
  •   - Fresh basil or spinach
  • 1 cup - sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup - heavy cream
  • ½ cup - chicken stock
  • ¾ cup - Parmesan cheese

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and dried basil.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add chicken, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh basil or spinach for a few minutes.
  5. Add heavy cream and chicken stock, stir, and let simmer slightly. Re-season if needed.
  6. Return the chicken to the pan, then stir in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Top with more cheese and fresh basil before serving.
