1/4
Vanilla Fudge (2 Ingredients)
Instructions
1
Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
2
Place the chocolate chips in a medium mixing bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir. They won’t be fully melted, but that’s fine.
3
Add the sweetened condensed milk to the bowl with the chocolate chips and microwave for another minute or until the chocolate chips turn smooth when stirred.
4
Stir well to combine all ingredients.
5
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread even, tapping the pan on the counter to flatten.
6
Place in the fridge for 4 hours or until set.
7
Using a sharp knife, slice the fudge into 1-inch pieces and enjoy!

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Microwave Power Strategy 🔌Use 50% power in 30-second intervals when melting the chocolate and condensed milk together to prevent overheating and ensure smooth, lump-free fudge texture.
- Stir Consistency is Key 🥄Stir vigorously after each microwave interval for at least 30 seconds to incorporate air and create a creamier, more luxurious fudge that sets properly.
- Parchment Paper Preparation 📋Line your pan with parchment paper that extends beyond the edges, making it effortless to lift out the cooled fudge and cut clean, professional-looking squares.
- Cooling Temperature Control ❄️Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2-3 hours at consistent temperature rather than freezing, which prevents crystallization and maintains the smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture.
- Customization Timing Magic ✨Add mix-ins like nuts, sprinkles, or extract during the final 10 seconds of stirring to distribute evenly without causing the mixture to seize or become grainy.
