Instructions
1
|
Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
2
|
Place the chocolate chips in a medium mixing bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir. They won’t be fully melted, but that’s fine.
3
|
Add the sweetened condensed milk to the bowl with the chocolate chips and microwave for another minute or until the chocolate chips turn smooth when stirred.
4
|
Stir well to combine all ingredients.
5
|
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread even, tapping the pan on the counter to flatten.
6
|
Place in the fridge for 4 hours or until set.
7
|
Using a sharp knife, slice the fudge into 1-inch pieces and enjoy!

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Microwave in 30-Second Intervals ⏱️Heat the mixture in short 30-second bursts, stirring between each interval, to prevent scorching the chocolate and ensure smooth, lump-free fudge.
- Use Quality White Chocolate 🍫Choose authentic white chocolate chips (containing cocoa butter) rather than coating chocolate for superior flavor and better texture in your finished fudge.
- Chill in Parchment-Lined Pans 📦Line your pan with parchment paper before pouring the mixture, allowing for easy removal and clean cuts without sticking or crumbling.
- Reach Soft-Ball Stage Before Setting ❄️Let the fudge cool to room temperature (about 1-2 hours) before refrigerating for optimal texture—rushing the cooling process can result in grainy, crystallized fudge.
- Customize with Vanilla Extract Addition 🌾Stir in 1-2 teaspoons of premium vanilla extract into the melted mixture before setting to enhance the vanilla flavor profile beyond what white chocolate alone provides.
