- 1 lb - ground veal
- 1 oz - taco seasoning mix
- ½ cup - water
- 1 cup - taco blend cheese
- ¼ cup - green onions
- 16 ounces - crescent rolls refrigerated dough
- 1 - egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Add ground veal to a non-stick skillet and cook until fully cooked through.
- Add taco seasoning mix and water ; stir to combine.
- Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes or until the mixture thickens slightly.
- Remove the veal from the heat and set aside.
- Unroll both cans of crescent dough and separate into 16 triangles.
- Spray a large cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
- Arrange the triangles in a circle so that the shorter sides of the triangles form a 5 inch circle in the center of the ring. The dough will overlap.
- Arrange the veal mixture evenly around the circle and top with the sliced green onions and shredded cheese.
- Fold the pointed end of the triangle up over the veal mixture and tuck it under the center to secure it.
