Ingredients
- ½ cup - vegan chocolate chips
- ½ tsp - coconut oil
Instructions
- Melt the vegan chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30 second increments. This should take 1-2 minutes. Stir until completely smooth. Alternatively, melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a saucepan on the stove over low heat.
- Once the chocolate is melted, pour directly into the silicone mold and level it off. Let sit on the counter for 15 minutes, then transfer to the refrigerator and let set overnight.
- If you're in a rush, let chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or pop it in the freezer. Make sure chocolate is fully set before breaking into pieces!
