Vegan Eggnog

This easy vegan eggnog recipe is so smooth and creamy! It takes less than 10 minutes total. This homemade egg nog is warm, cozy, warmly spiced and perfectly flavored. It is made with only 6 ingredients. Great for the Christmas holiday season, cold winter days, or chilly mornings!

  • 3 cups - oat milk
  • 13 ½ ounces - canned coconut cream
  • 3 tablespoons - pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp - cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp - nutmeg
  • ½ tsp - vanilla extract

  1. First, add all ingredients to a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Continue whisking as mixture begins to bubble. Do not let it fully boil.
  3. Allow mixture to bubble for 2 to 3 minutes, constantly whisking. Cook until mixture is frothy and creamy.
  4. Finally, remove from heat. Pour into jars or glasses. Either serve immediately or wait until it has cooled down. Then chill before serving.
  5. Lastly, top with extra nutmeg if desired.
