Vegan Street Corn Dip
Vegan Street Corn Dip comes together with six simple ingredients and pairs perfectly with chips or veggies. It's slightly spicy and bursting with flavor! It comes together in about 15 minutes plus it's allergy-friendly! Perfect for everybody in the family! It's dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free, and gluten-free.

- Step 1
To "roast" the corn, heat in a skillet over medium heat. Add in jalapeno and garlic and warm for about 5 minutes.
- Step 2
Transfer to a mixing bowl then stir in vegan mayo, red onion, and fresh lime juice.
- Step 3
Stir well to combine then season with chopped fresh cilantro, salt, and pepper. Serve at room temp or chilled!
