Vodka Lasagna

Vodka Lasagna

This Vodka Lasagna is a bold, creamy spin on the classic, combining the richness of a tomato vodka cream sauce with a cheesy, herb-infused ricotta filling. Layers of lasagna noodles, mozzarella, and Parmesan are built on top of a luscious sauce made with butter, garlic, tomato paste, vodka, and heavy cream. Each layer is seasoned to perfection with garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. After baking until bubbly and broiling for a golden crust, the result is an indulgent, restaurant-worthy dish that's impossible not to love. Let it rest before slicing for perfectly stacked, melty layers in every bite.
