Ingredients
- 1 - watermelon
- unsweetened coconut flakes
- macadamia nuts
- kiwi slices
- strawberries
- blueberries
- raspberries
- blackberries
- pomegranate seeds
- cherries
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into 1 inch slices. You can leave them in discs, or cut into pizza wedges.
- Sprinkle the watermelon slices with shredded coconut, chopped macadamias, or a mixture of the top.
- Top with all your favorite fresh fruit toppings: kiwi, berries, pomegranate seeds, cherries... the sky is the limit!
