Ingredients
- 1 - seedless watermelon
- 1 - lime
- 1 handful - ice
Instructions
- Cut the rind off the watermelon and cut into 1 inch cubes. Place in a large bowl and freeze for at least 4-5 hours and up to overnight.
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and using a tamper* push down the watermelon chunks until fully combined and almost creamy.
- Serve in bowls or cups with a spoon.
