Ingredients

  • 15 ounces - ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons - olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons - honey
  • ¼ tsp - flaky sea salt
  • ¼ tsp - pepper
  • focaccia bread
  • fresh blackberries

Instructions

  1. Use a hand mixer to whip ricotta until smooth and fluffy then add in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. Spoon into serving dish and drizzle on remaining olive oil .
  3. Warm the honey and drizzle over the top of the dip.
  4. Sprinkle on salt flakes and cracked pepper.
  5. Serve with focaccia and blackberries.
