Ingredients
- 15 ounces - ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons - olive oil
- 3 tablespoons - honey
- ¼ tsp - flaky sea salt
- ¼ tsp - pepper
- focaccia bread
- fresh blackberries
Instructions
- Use a hand mixer to whip ricotta until smooth and fluffy then add in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Spoon into serving dish and drizzle on remaining olive oil .
- Warm the honey and drizzle over the top of the dip.
- Sprinkle on salt flakes and cracked pepper.
- Serve with focaccia and blackberries.
