This is my favorite way to make White Cheddar Mac and Cheese. Below I will share tips, tricks, and maybe even a secret ingredient or two to make it extra special. Whether you’re looking for a quick weeknight dinner or the perfect side dish for your next gathering, this recipe is sure to impress.

- Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
- Step 2
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, melt butter over medium low heat.
- Step 3
When butter is melted, whisk in flour and All Purpose Seasoning. Whisk for a few minutes until a paste forms and it becomes a pale yellow color.
- Step 4
Slowly whisk in the milk to avoid lumps.
- Step 5
Bring the sauce to a low boil and cook until the mixture is thickened, about 6 minutes.
- Step 6
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the cheeses. Taste for seasoning and adjust if necessary.
- Step 7
When the cheese has completely melted, stir in the cooked pasta until it’s completely coated.
