Ingredients

  • 16 ounces - Small shell pasta
  • ½ cup - Butter
  • ½ cup - Flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons - All Purpose Seasoning Blend
  • 4 cups - Whole milk
  • 4 cups - Sharp white cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, melt butter over medium low heat.
  3. When butter is melted, whisk in flour and All Purpose Seasoning. Whisk for a few minutes until a paste forms and it becomes a pale yellow color.
  4. Slowly whisk in the milk to avoid lumps.
  5. Bring the sauce to a low boil and cook until the mixture is thickened, about 6 minutes.
  6. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the cheeses. Taste for seasoning and adjust if necessary.
  7. When the cheese has completely melted, stir in the cooked pasta until it’s completely coated.
