Ingredients
- 16 ounces - Small shell pasta
- ½ cup - Butter
- ½ cup - Flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons - All Purpose Seasoning Blend
- 4 cups - Whole milk
- 4 cups - Sharp white cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, melt butter over medium low heat.
- When butter is melted, whisk in flour and All Purpose Seasoning. Whisk for a few minutes until a paste forms and it becomes a pale yellow color.
- Slowly whisk in the milk to avoid lumps.
- Bring the sauce to a low boil and cook until the mixture is thickened, about 6 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the cheeses. Taste for seasoning and adjust if necessary.
- When the cheese has completely melted, stir in the cooked pasta until it’s completely coated.
