Whole30 Roasted Cinnamon Apples
This recipe reminds me of a crisp October day but I definitely make and eat it all year. I love apples with cinnamon but roasting them takes it to a new level. These apples are warm and bursting with cinnamon and nutmeg flavors. It comes together in about 10 minutes and it takes even less time to devour. This recipe can be made with apples that are slightly soft (overripe) or apples that are perfectly ripe.
