Whole30 Sloppy Joes (Paleo)
These Whole30 Sloppy Joes are a healthy classic dinner recipe. Sloppy Joes are ground meat, tomato sauce or ketchup, onions, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings typically served on a hamburger bun. This Paleo Sloppy Joes recipe is a super quick and easy dinner, which makes it a great option for any family on any given night. Additionally, these are great for a healthy meal prep!

- Step 1
First, in a large skillet, add red pepper, onion and olive oil. Sauté for about 7-8 minutes or until onions become soft.
- Step 2
Next, add in ground beef and cook on medium until brown and crumbly.
- Step 3
Discard excess fat from pan. Then, add in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Step 4
Reduce heat and let simmer for at least 15-20 minutes, adding more water if mixture becomes too dry. Lastly, remove from heat.
- Step 5
Finally, garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
