Ingredients

  • 300 gram - chicken breast
  • 300 gram - sirloin steak
  • 1  - red bell pepper
  • 1  - white onion
  •   - Taco seasoning
  • 4  - Extreme Wellness wraps
  • 1 cup - non-fat or low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup - jasmine rice
  • ½  - lime
  • ¼ cup - fresh cilantro

  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, mix with lime juice and chopped cilantro.
  2. Season chicken and steak with taco seasoning and cook until done. Slice into strips.
  3. Sauté bell pepper and onion in a pan until softened.
  4. Warm the tortilla wraps. In the center of each, layer rice, sautéed vegetables, chicken, steak, and shredded cheese.
  5. Roll tightly into burritos. Optionally toast in a skillet for added crispiness.
  6. Serve immediately or wrap in foil and refrigerate for meal prep.
