Ingredients
- 1 tbsp - sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp - sumac
- 1 tbsp - dried oregano
- 1 tbsp - dried thyme
- 1 tbsp - dried marjoram
- 1 tsp - salt
Instructions
- Toast the sesame seeds in a small skillet over medium heat until golden and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes. Place in a small bowl to cool.
- Add the sumac, oregano, thyme, marjoram and salt to the bowl of sesame seeds and stir well to combine.
