Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp - sumac
  • 1 tbsp - dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp - dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp - dried marjoram
  • 1 tsp - salt

Instructions

  1. Toast the sesame seeds in a small skillet over medium heat until golden and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes. Place in a small bowl to cool.
  2. Add the sumac, oregano, thyme, marjoram and salt to the bowl of sesame seeds and stir well to combine.
